Here at Sebastian we value the high-quality products we have chosen to our selection. We want to reach that value also with our service. We would like to make all steps from ordering, payment and delivery as convenient as possible for you.

Payment methods

Products and delivery fees are paid during checkout in the webshop. You can pay your order with Credit Cards (Stripe).

Payment service providers

Credit card payment service provider is Stripe. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and mobile payments provided by Stripe. Credit card information is delivered to payment service provider over a secure connection (SSL). Credit card information is not stored in our web shop’s database at any point.

Delivery methods

We use Finnish postal service company Posti for delivering your order. For orders inside Finland, shipment methods are Post Parcel and Home parcel. Post Parcel order is delivered to the parcel point delivery chosen at checkout. Home Parcel orders are delivered directly to the shipping address.

For orders outside Finland, we use UPS Standard .

If you would like to have some other shipment method for your order, please contact us before placing your order.

You can also pick up your order free of charge from our location in Helsinki Finland (hair salon JEFF) during its opening hours. Please contact us beforehand about the possible pick up dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include postal and packing fees. You will see final shipping costs for your order on the checkout page before confirming your order. We offer free shipping inside Finland for orders over 150 euros. For orders from outside Finland, we provide free shipping for orders over 250 euros. You can also pick up your order free of charge from our location in Helsinki (Finland).

Delivery times

We pack the orders and leave them to the delivery within a few working days unless separately mentioned on our web site. Posti and UPS will carry out the delivery according to its service conditions.

Exchange and refund

If you find that your order has been damaged during the shipment or doesn’t otherwise meet the description of the product when purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. Possible reclamation should be carried out within 14 days after receiving the order.

Please inform us to before sending your order back. The return shipping fee is covered by the customer, unless the products are damaged during shipping.

According to Finnish consumer protection act, you have the right to return an unopened order within 7 days after delivery.

Problems with delivery

When you receive your delivery, please examine the condition of the package. If the package has been damaged during the delivery, we encourage you to file a claim to your local postal office as soon as you can. Please contact us as well, and we can agree how to redeliver your order.
